Yusheng Sun serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix New Media Limited (NYSE:FENG) and has been a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors since August 2021. Mr. Sun also holds positions as an Executive Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Editor-in-Chief, and member of the Nomination Committee of Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited (“PMI”), which is our Company's parent company. Mr. Sun joined the PMI group in February 2021, having previously served in China Central Television for over 30 years. He was the Vice President, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, and Director of the news center, and he has accumulated extensive experience and an excellent reputation in the television broadcasting industry. Mr. Sun has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the “Top Ten Outstanding Youth in China” in 1995 and the State Council Special Allowance. In 2017, he was elected as the Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (“ABU”), becoming the first Chinese national to hold a senior official position in the ABU. Mr. Sun is a Doctoral Advisor and part-time Professor at Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China. He graduated from Jilin University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and holds the professional qualification of Senior Editor granted by the Ministry of Radio, Film, and Television, China. His book "Ten Years" has had a profound influence on the academic and media fields, and is a designated extracurricular reading for many journalism college students.

Xiaoyan Chi is currently the Senior Vice President and Director of Phoenix New Media Limited (NYSE:FENG). She joined the company in 2009 as part of the team providing branded advertising and marketing solutions to advertisers. Prior to her promotion to Senior Vice President, Ms. Chi served as Vice President in advertising since 2016. Ms. Chi has over 16 years of experience in media marketing and management. She is the co-founder of the China Internet Advertising Summit and Online Advertising Competition. Ms. Chi has extensive experience in branded communications and advertisement sales. Ms. Chi received an EMBA from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Technology and Business University.

Qi Li is the Executive Vice President of Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited (“PMI”) and is in charge of financial budgeting, capital investments, and daily operations of the PMI group. Mr. Li joined the PMI group in July 2021. He has many years of working experience with People's Daily and had been in charge of supervising cultural and media enterprises. Mr. Li joined People's Daily Online in December 2014 and had served as its Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors. He was in charge of capital markets, financial management, scientific research, technologies, and internet information service system construction. Mr. Li graduated from Wuhan Military Economic Institute.

Ka Keung Yeung is the Executive Vice President, Company Secretary, and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited (“PMI”) and is in charge of corporate finance, legal affairs, human resources, and administration of the PMI group. Mr. Yeung is also a member of the Risk Management Committee of PMI. He joined the PMI group in March 1996 and has been with the company ever since. Mr. Yeung earned a B.A. from the University of Birmingham and remained in the United Kingdom until 1992 after obtaining his qualification as a chartered accountant. Upon returning to Hong Kong, he worked at Hutchison Telecommunications and Star Television Limited in the fields of finance and business development. In addition to his role at PMI, Mr. Yeung currently serves as an independent director for The9 Limited (NASDAQ:NCTY).

Geng Xiao is Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Public Policy of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He received a B.S. in System Sciences and Management Sciences from the University of Science and Technology of China and MA and PhD in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Xiao was Professor and Director of the Institute of Policy and Practice at the Shenzhen Finance Institute of CUHK-Shenzhen, Professor at Peking University HSBC Business School, Professor at the University of Hong Kong, Vice President of Fung Global Institute, Director of the Columbia University Global Center Beijing, Director of Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy, Senior Fellow of Brookings Institution, Head of Research and Advisor to the Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Mr. Xiao has also been independent director or supervisor for Midea Group, Qingdao Beer, Biokin Pharma, HSBC China, UBS China, Genesis Emerging Market Fund, Shenzhen Development Bank (now Pingan Bank), and Bank of Jinzhou.

Jerry Juying Zhang is currently a Senior Managing Director of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, a position he has held since June 2009. Prior to joining CITIC Capital Holdings, Mr. Zhang held various senior positions in investment banking. He was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong from August 2006 to June 2009. From March 2003 to July 2006, he was a Managing Director and the Head of Investment Banking of CITIC Capital Markets Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang was an Executive Director in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of the Investment Banking Department of Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong from April 2001 to January 2003. Mr. Zhang also held positions of Associate, Vice President, and Director at Solomon Smith Barney from August 1994 to March 2001. Before joining Solomon Smith Barney, he served as an Accounting Manager for Town & Country Homes in Chicago from January 1990 to December 1993, and as an Accountant, Audit Senior, and Supervisor at Ernst & Young in Chicago and Hong Kong. Mr. Zhang held CPA qualifications in China and the State of Kentucky, both of which he has voluntarily surrendered. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MA in Accounting from the Ministry of Finance Graduate School in the PRC, and a BA degree from Inner Mongolia University.
